THE STRUCTURE OF A COACHING

This is how your coaching could work

It begins with a preliminary talk in which we address your concerns for the first time, see whether we would like to work together and whether I am the right coach for your concerns. We then conclude a contract that defines the essential key data of our cooperation.

Then comes the most important part, the analysis of your condition and the definition of your desired TARGET condition. Now the coaching follows with a series of methods tailored to you, at the end of which we have achieved your goals. Each sub-process starts with a reflection of what has been achieved and ends with the next steps you want to tackle.

At the end of the coaching, the goals achieved are evaluated, what was implemented and how the coaching went. What follows is an outlook into the future, showing how you can consolidate the goals you have achieved in the long term. Concrete further steps will be determined if necessary and of interest. At the end of the coaching, a reflection phase can follow three months later, but it’s up to the client to decide.

The course of the individual coaching process always depends on the issue to be dealt with and its complexity.
